Fried Duck (Pritong Itik)
DUCK or ITIK is another delicacy that is famously done and served by Pulileños during various occasions that you may enjoy as Fried, Adobo or Kaldereta.
Fried itik or fried native duck is one of the popular dishes or fried food sold by sidewalk vendors. Although this is more expensive compared to roasted or fried chicken, you can never replace the taste of  fried itik. One place where you can find many vendors of fried itik is in Angono, Rizal. and now we Pulilenyos have our own Fried Itik. it is good with rice and with wine.
